Well, the blueberries and Saskatoon (aka Service or June) berries are quite abundant this year! The Saskatoons have been going for close to three weeks; the berries are like grapes and the picking is plentiful. We’ve got about twelve gallons in the freezer with plans to make wine this winter.
Blueberries are on the agenda starting Monday; meanwhile, here are photos taken on the trail at the Blueberry Hill cabin.
